I have a comment about this entire purchasing process.
First let me start by saying that you are an exceptional man with integrity and a focus on customer service. Initially, I was skeptical about purchasing a watch of this type over the internet. You quickly dispelled my fears by directing me to the many testimonials you've received on eBay. You then mentioned that you didn't have the watch but you could get the watch in 4-6 weeks, and you were exactly right. You also mentioned that Blu had a slight price increase. I did some checking with the authorized Blu retailer, and they verified the price increase. This retailer also echoed the timeframe that they could probably get a watch (4-6 weeks) and a slightly higher purchase price that what you offered. That's integrity and meeting expectations in my book. Additionally, you communicated with me when you received the watch, when I would get it, and then followed up with me after the purchase. That level of customer service is extremely refreshing. I have been extremely happy with this purchase and it is a welcome addition to my collection. I would definitely buy other watches from you and would recommend you to my friends, some of whom are collectors like myself.

I can say that doing business with you generally, and buying my watch in particular, has been the best experience I have had shopping on the internet.  Last time I was in Geneva, I was a little hesitant about going into any of the watch shops – really in case I was mis-sold something, or got something I didn’t really want.
I had already chosen the UG Aero Tri Compax (when it was first released) and found the details, such as which of a few in stock I might like, perfectly handled.
After sales service seems to be quick and efficient too – I expected a lot of problems getting straps for it but you have some!
