Chronoswiss

About Chronoswiss: The company was founded in Germany in 1983 by Gerd-Rüdiger Lang. Four years later Chronoswiss created the serially produced "Régulateur" hand-wound wristwatch that features a regulator-layout dial. This established the benchmark for the shape of the Chronoswiss case. Between 1990 and 1991 the company launched the "Régulateur Automatique" model with its exclusive manufacture Chronoswiss C.122 movement and introduced the "Kairos Chronograph" watch with an off-center display for the hours and minutes. In 1995 the company introduced the “Opus,” a skeletonized automatic chronograph that became part of Chronoswiss’s ongoing serial production. One year later the "Delphis" model was brought to light, which is a unique watch that combines multiple displays: analog, digital, and retrograde. The company's first skeletonized, automatic, split-second chronograph called "Pathos" was created in 1998. In 2004 Chronoswiss unveiled its limited skeletonized Tourbillon model with the regulator dial. The following year the company added the "Digiteur" (with digital time display) and "Perpetual Calendar" models to its array of fascinating collections. Over the years Chronoswiss has earned numerous awards in the field of horology and brought many memorable watch collections into the spotlight.
