Outside of the McQueen association, as a timepiece, the Monaco is much-celebrated for being the first square waterproof chronograph. Speaking of which, it’s easy to spot the center red seconds hand and the 30-minute counter is quite prominent at 9.

With its subdued blue matte color, the dial also showcases luminous dots and hands, a small seconds subdial at 3, and a date window classically positioned at 6. The minute track in white ties all of these elements.

The barrel-shaped stainless steel case measures 39 mm x 39 mm, 14.3 mm in height, and rests upon a black perforated leather strap with a deployant buckle. In addition, this piece is water resistant to 100 m / 10 atm, has a sapphire crystal, and an exhibition case back that allows you to see the movement in action.

Speaking of the movement, this self-winding automatic watch is driven by Calibre 11, beats at 28,800 vph, and delivers a 40-hour power reserve.
