Rolex
founder Hans Wilsdorf launched the Tudor Watch Company in 1946 in an
effort to offer the public reliable timepieces at affordable prices.
Since 2015, Tudor has been manufacturing in-house movements to much
acclaim.
With
its handsome navy blue dial and fabulous 200 m / 20 atm water
resistance this Tudor Black Bay celebrates the sea in a sporty, yet
highly sophisticated manner.
The
unidirectionally rotating bezel sports an incremental dive scale and
has a luminous dot for easy reference under water. Speaking of which,
luminous silver-toned hands and dot / index hour markers are prominent
against the blue dial, as is the minute track in white.
The
stainless steel case sits comfortably upon the wrist at 39 mm in
diameter and a slim 11.9 mm in height. The stainless steel bracelet has a
deployant folding clasp with a push-button release for added safety.
Additional case features include a screw-down winding crown and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
As
an officially certified chronometer, the Tudor MT5402 movement delivers
accuracy that you can depend upon. Best of all, at 70 hours, it gives
you nearly three days of power.
From
its workhorse construction to its sporty stylings this Tudor Black Bay
58 will make an essential addition to your collection.
Standout feature(s): Officially
certified chronometer accuracy; 70-hour power reserve; fabulous 200 m /
