This Zenith's Rainbow chronograph flyback is a classic model manufactured in early 2000s. This watch was produced in relatively small quantities during its production years, and still remains quite sought-after timepiece on the market among Zenith collectors. 

The sand-blasted brushed stainless steel case measures 40 mm in diameter (excluding winding crown and lugs), is 12.7 mm in height, features bi-directional rotating bezel with black steel insert, the watch possesses an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and rests on a brushed stainless steel bracelet with a hidden folding butterfly-style clasp buckle. In addition, the watch sports a push / pull winding crown and chronograph pushers, and a solid case back with "Rainbow" engraving.

This robust and sporty timepiece possesses a mechanical chronograph movement with automatic winding controlled by column wheel, high-frequency Zenith "El Primero" Caliber 405, 31 jewels, 36,000 vph, power reserve approximately 50 hours. There is a subsidiary seconds counter at 9 o’clock. Then, there is 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, an hour counter at 6 o’clock, and a date window between 4 and 5 o’clock position.

The black dial has applied Arabic numerals, Moderns-shaped hands, central chronograph sweeping second hand.Hands and numerals are filled with tritium substance, which worn off over time and no longer produces luminous effect.
