Rolex
founder Hans Wilsdorf launched the Tudor Watch Company in 1946 in an
effort to offer the public reliable timepieces at affordable prices.
Since 2015, Tudor has been manufacturing in-house movements to much
acclaim.
A
dependable piece in every regard, you’ll enjoy the rotating blue bezel
with dive scale and increments of time every 10 minutes, a screw-down
protected winding crown and solid screw-on case back.
The
handsome blue dial features painted tritium-coated round markers, an
easy-to-read magnified cyclops date window, a center seconds hand, and a
finely rendered minute track in white.
The
stainless steel case measures 40 mm in diameter, 13 mm in height, and
rests upon a stainless steel oyster bracelet with a folding clasp with
safety release. As a self-winding automatic watch, this piece is driven
by the ETA 2824-2 caliber.
This
vintage Submariner from Tudor delivers classic stylings and dependable
dive piece construction, and we believe it will make an excellent
addition to your collection.
Standout feature(s): Screw-down
protected winding crown and 200 m / 20 atm water resistance (tested to 5
