Gerd-Rudiger Lang founded Chronoswiss in 1983 after Heuer-Leonidas closed its doors. Since then this highly regarded German brand has produced a fascinating array of sophisticated timepieces, almost all of which feature mechanical Swiss movements. Today the brand is celebrated for its solid technical expertise and beautiful designs.

This is classy and elegant from the early 2000's – Chronoswiss Regulateur automatic watch. The historic dial design takes the center stage in this timepiece where hour and minute hands are located on separate axes. This model is powered by mechanical movement with automatic winding, Chronoswiss Caliber C. 122 (base caliber Enicar 165), 30 jewels and approximately 40 hours of power reserve. The movement beats at 21,600 vph.

The round-shaped case is crafted in stainless steel with knurled upper and lower bezels, diameter is 34 mm (excluding crown, pushers and lugs), height is 11 mm, satin-finished case band, anti-reflective flat sapphire crystal, See-through case back showcasing mechanics of the movement, gold-plated winding rotor, water resistant up to 30 m / 3 atm. 

Copper-colored dial with printed minute track on the outer chapter ring and hour and seconds sub-dials at 3 and 6 o'clock positions respectively. Blued steel hands. Honey-colored semi-gloss alligator leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle.
